SBB – Winnie the Pooh Wisdom

‘Some people care too much.  I think it’s called love.’

-Winnie the Pooh

Here are quotes from everyone’s favorite bear, Winnie the Pooh.  All quotes are written by A.A. Milne, creator of Hundred Acre Woods!  In honor of Pooh, I took pictures of some of my fluffy friends 🙂

Have a happy Sunday!

‘It is more fun to talk with someone who doesn’t use long, difficult words but rather short, easy words like “What about lunch?”

hpim5409

“Rivers know this: there is no hurry.  We shall get there some day.”

hpim5411

“If the person you are talking to doesn’t appear to be listening, be patient.  It may simply be that he has a small piece of fluff in his ear.”

“It is hard to be brave, when You’re only a Very Small Animal.”

hpim5423

“But Piglet is so small that he slips into a pocket…”

hpim5425

“He could see the honey, he could smell the honey, but he couldn’t quite reach the honey”.

hpim5431

“It’s so much more friendly with two.”

My Mom, who is preparing a Winnie the Pooh table for my old fine arts school, inspired this post!  And a quick announcement:  Ladies, it’s that time of year!  Spring is in the air.  Don’t forget to bring out your spring bonnets!

And get a little sun, like our friend Kafka has – he’s trying to get some color into his complexion:

  1. Winnie the Pooh stories are some of my childhood favorites! ❤ (As a matter of fact, I still like them, haha!) Kafka’s bonnet is so cute! And I’m very excited that spring is here.
